We had a need for a tiny, heavy-guage vessel sink to go on an exotic Indian Rosewood cabinet that we are turning into a powder room vanity. We searched the internet and could not find just the right sink for us. Then we had the good fortune to discover José at CopperSinksCasaCruz.com. He did not have what we were looking for in his stock sinks so we sent him a photo of a larger sink we liked and inquired if he could make one like it that was just 12 inches in diameter. He replied that he could do that for us and would use 14-guage copper. We agreed and sent the payment on April 21st. On April 30th our doorbell rang and it was FedEx delivering the sink. Such great turnaround and we LOVE the sink. Exactly as we had hoped and ready for installation.
When one orders a custom product like this, especially from another country, numerous questions come to mind including: a) Will they just take my money and not deliver?; and b) Will I receive a quality product as represented?; and c) Will the vendor communicate with me promptly?; and d) Will it be carefully packed and shipped (and not by slow boat to China)?; and, finally, e) Will I love the end result?.
We can say without hesitancy that José and his team at Copper Sinks Casa Cruz performed beyond our expectancy for each of the questions above. We are so delighted with the end product and will certainly recommend this company to anyone we know who is doing a kitchen or bath remodel. Now we can hardly wait to get it installed!
